Fishing at the Supermarket?

If you really want freshness in the way of fish at the grocery store, you just watch and select the one you want, tell the butcher which one it is and tell him whether you want to take it home as is (for you to prepare yourself) or they will kill it, dress it, and wrap it for you. What a deal! The Lam family in our ward invited us over for dinner and they had cooked a "fresh" fish. It was actually really really good!
