First Mission to Hong Kong 1970

Susan and I first met when we were assigned to the Penninsula District in Hong Kong even though we were actually from the same stake in Provo.




This was our entire mission 40 years ago. President and Sister Hardy are on the front row, left, Lowell is the short one in the middle and Susan is the tall one on the end!

This was what Hong Kong Island looked like 40 years ago when Susan and I served our first missions there. All of these buildings would be dwarfed by what is there today.
